I re-listened today, on one of my long train journeys, to this incredible album. Of course, this contains many of The Kooks best hits of all time.
I’ve loved this since i was 15 years old and even now, seven years later, this doesn’t stop to amaze me. I love absolutely everything about this album, it is catchy, energetic, young, brilliant.
I’ve also found myself enjoying more than usual the ending track, Got No Love, which i’ve pretty much ignored until now.
I feel like The Kooks always sound like they’re next gen Skins main characters.
